1.1. “OMSMAF” means Old Mutual Staff Medical Aid Fund;
1.2. “Personal Information” shall have the meaning given to it in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and includes the information used to register on the website;
1.3. “we”, “us”, “our” and “organisation” mean OMSMAF;
