SAY WHAAAAT?

More than half of you is made up of water

We may not simply be cucumbers with emotions, but the average human body is made up of 50% to 60% water, which may come as a surprise to many!

This water forms part of our cells, and certain organs contain far more water than others, with the brain and the kidneys having the highest percentage of water in the body. So don’t forget to stay hydrated by drinking around 2.7 litres a day for women and 3.7 litres of water a day for men.
