What do I need to check on my statement?
Your monthly statement is an important source of information regarding the processing of your claims and the use of your benefits.

Please be sure to check each claim line item on your statements, as well as read your SMS notifications and emails from the Fund to ensure that any claims you have submitted or that has been submitted by your provider/doctor have been correctly processed.
It is also important to look out for any claims that may have been put through on your statement for services that you have not received. This can occur if your medical scheme details are obtained by someone else and fraudulently used to claim for services rendered.
