It’s that time of year again! The OMSMAF member satisfaction survey results are in, and they are looking healthy and robust, just like our vibrant member base.

It is with great pleasure that we announce a steady overall satisfaction score of 72%, which mirrors last year’s achievement. We have already begun paying even closer attention to the areas where you have indicated we could improve, and, as always, we continue to strive for an even better member experience for each and every one of you who form part of the OMSMAF family.


Thank you to all the members who participated in the survey and for engaging so wholeheartedly with the scheme, particularly on the benefit design questions that were featured. We care deeply about what you have to say, and we look forward to seeing even higher levels of participation next year.
