We get it – sometimes it just helps to speak to another human, face to face. Whether it’s figuring out the right medical scheme option for you or resolving a query, our friendly, well-informed client service champions are ready to welcome you into the office and talk through any OMSMAF-related questions or concerns you may have. You can find our walk-in centres at the following locations and operating hours: 

• Cape Town: Mutual Park, Pinelands – Monday to Friday 08H00 to 17H00 
• Johannesburg: Mutual Place, Sandton – Wednesdays and Thursdays from 08H30 to 16H30
